Can I bring clothing purchased elsewhere?
Yes. Men’s and women’s garments purchased anywhere are welcome for an in-person assessment.
How much will it cost?
Bring your garment for an in-person assessment and quote. We’ll discuss the scope and price before work begins. Full payment is due at drop-off once scope and measurements are confirmed.
What should I bring?
Bring your garment and let us know when you need it. For length adjustments, bring the shoes you plan to wear. For a custom outfit, bring any reference images or ideas you’d like to discuss.
How long does it take?
Most alterations take 1–2 weeks. Scope and timeline for custom outfits are agreed individually. Rush requests are subject to availability and additional charges.
Drop-off, pickup & fit policies
In-person drop-off: All garments must be dropped off at our Kent, WA location so measurements can be taken accurately.
Payment at drop-off: Full payment is due once measurements are complete and the scope of work is confirmed.
Pickup: You’ll receive a message when your garment is ready. Pick-up must take place within 30 days. Garments left beyond 30 days may be subject to storage limitations or holding fees.
Our fit commitment: If a garment doesn’t fit correctly due to an error on our part, we will redo the work at no additional cost. Adjustments beyond the original scope — such as new alterations or changes in design preference — are billed separately.
